The next  Stage One – Welcome to Scouting is scheduled to take place on Thursday 20th June 2013 at 20.00hrs.The course will be held in the Ward Room of the den at St.James Tce ., Malahide and is opened to all new  leaders from Malahide group, Reachra County and surrounds. The content of the course introduces new or potential leaders to Scouting. Its an evening programme for about 2 hours and covers

•Your Role / Responsibility / Commitment
•Code of Good Practice
•Programme & Outcomes
•Goal setting
•Open Forum & Next Steps

Leaders are asked to bring a completed warrant application form with the 2 signed referee forms . Training is continued over about 18 to 24 months subsequent to approval and clearance of Adult Membership.
