Stage 6 Leader Training

Congratulations to Malahide Leaders; Emer Somers, Gillian Forde, Lee Hazard, Stephen O’Reilly and Colum McCaffrey who completed their Woodbadge leader training at the weekend.
The course is the final stage of training which focus’ on the personal development of the Scouter.
Modules include time management, problem solving, core values, cultural diversity, conflict management, working with people, leadership styles and team tasks.
