House rules/guidelines:

(1) This is a sustainability and scouting community initiative facilitating the donation of pre-loved scouting gear
(2) Please note, MSS do not hold any gear- we are simply facilitating the connection between members to recycle pre-loved scouting gear.
(3) MSS Gear Grab is not a commercial initiative, no money is to be exchanged
(4) We request that all parties are mindful and respectful of arrangements made (no tyre kickers please )
(5) If you have committed to taking an item and circumstances change, please contact the advertiser
(6) One item per submission please
(7) Advertisers – include as much information in your description as possible, (e.g. condition, size, colour, brand etc) and ensure items are clearly presented in the photograph

How this all works:

(2) Once approved, the item will be displayed on the MSS Gear Grab Page.
(3) If you would like an item advertised – Complete the Requesters information form.
(4) An email will be generated and sent to the advertiser who will contact you directly to arrange collection.
(5) Less landfill
