Leaders,W.L’s,and Senior Scouts taken the written test this evening in the Ward Room ,in this years theory part of the Oars Charge Cert  course. The test  covered water safety, personal floatation devices, rules of the road at sea, safety afloat etc. The practical end of the course will commence when the boats are launched later in the month. Best of luck to all the candidates in completing the theory and practical part of the course.
