Another new year for Friday Beavers!
Last Friday, 26th September 2014, Friday Beavers started up again for the ’14-’15 season. We have another great year planned for the Beavers but the first order of business was welcoming the new kits. Thirteen new kits joined for the first time and were welcomed in by all of the existing beavers.
The leaders had planned an action packed first night back. The very popular indoor obstacle course from last year’s activity schedule was reprised and went down really well. We also played the Name game to help the Beavers to get to know each other.
We were also joined by four scouts who are working on their Gaisce award – welcome to Laoise, Sophie, Jack and Paddy.
