Skipper Colgan presents seaman of the year
Double Celebrations at the Wednesday Night Troop

Wed Scout 39th Birthday 20140129_211329 (9)It was double celebrations at tonight’s scout programme meeting of the Wednesday night troop of the Malahide Sea Scout group. The troop now in its 39 year has a membership of 70 scouters and scouts. First inaugurated in 1975 with a membership then of 40 has grown over the years and continues to deliver a high quality Sea Scouting programme to the youth in its care.

Skipper Colgan also announced scout , hiker , canoeist ,sailor and sea man of the year. One more announcement was made as to who was Scouter of the year ? Skipper Colgan was voted by the scouts as leader of the year,well done Skipper
