Session Planning

Below are two SI resources, a programme resource for Scouts and one for Ventures to cover the first 6 weeks back at the start of the new scout year in September.

          

 

If you want to plan out sessions more thoroughly, Scouts UK has a useful planning tool for all sections.  I think the easiest way to use the tool is to choose the ‘add new term’ button and then the ‘Scouts’ option.  You can use a pre-made plan to start.  For example, see a session for Scouts below.  It gives an outline of the session.  As you can see the planner gives you timings plus details of equipment needed for each game, downloads of how to play each game and some handy notes.
