Nautical Training Leadership Awards 2022
Well done to the x16 Ventures & Scouters who completed the NTA leadership afloat training over the weekend.
A huge commitment over the last 3-months focusing on shoreside safety and session planning building skills to create safe and well organised activity on the water.
The Nautical Training Leadership Awards are designed to support good decision-making, preparation and session management for our activities afloat.
The 2022 crew are now in a logbook period where they must plan, do, review a number of boating sessions afloat with their NTA Mentors before being awarded their leadership certificates and being fully allowed lead and supervise safe sessions afloat at MSS.
Well done to all candidates for getting this far and thanks to our excellent instructor team over the weekend; Finn, Jordan, Shane, Kav + the countless other guest-speakers who supported the shoreside sessions over the last few weeks.
